Here is a question for women only... its about female things that i need major help with.?

i got the IUD Paraguard, and about 6 months later i had BV (bacterial vaginosis). the doctor prescribed me an antibiotic that took it away in 3 days... but i caught a yeast infection from the antibiotic and because i was under a lot of stress after a brother was murdered in a double homicide here in my town. i used the monostat 1day and its been 24 hours. theres a little irritation but its not painful or itching. there isnt a foul smelling discharge but there is a yellow discharge but there wasnt white clumpy discharge anymore. is that supposed to happen.? does that mean its working if theres yellow discharge.? theres not a whole lot just a little every time i go to the bathroom or a little on my liner
