Sheriffs office will not help us with a potentially deadly situation. Who can we turn to for help?

Next door neighbors have already broken into our home, stole our guns. Vandalized our vehicles. Stabbed and robbed my daughter. Now involved her in a homicide case. Shot at her last night. They are threatening my youngest daughter now-12. The sheriff's office refuses to help us. Who can we turn to now? This is in Robeson County, NC.
