Want some girl advice and some questions answered please.?

READ THE BOTTOM CAREFULLY PLEASE AND ANSWER THE LAST QUESTION.Ok theres this girl i saw at my cousins hou se and me and her went off in a dead stare into each others eyes. And ive never really did that with a girl and ive been in a good amount of bf gf relationships but i dont know why i stared into her eyes so deeply is that a good thing? And the next time i saw her she looked me up and down 2 times and i had my shirt off the second time and yes i have a 6 pack. But i didnt speak because i feel uncomfortable talking and flirting with a girl i like around family. And she hangs out with my cousin all the time and lives next door to my cousin. And she already know I think shes cute my aunt told her that on her own. And before my aunt to her I thought she was cute she asked me do you think she is cute? I said yes. Then my aunt said illl tell her that I said I didn’t really care. And so she told her after the fact that I already left to go home. Was that a bad thing my aunt told her that I thought she was cute? And what type of reaction can I expect from her when she finds out I think she is cute a good or a bad one? And what does it mean when we go into a deep look in each others eyes like that for a good period of time? And why is she on my mind all the time and i havnt even really meet. And is it ok to go to her house if my cousin isnt there and introduce myself and ask her to hang out? And should i find out what she said to my aunt about me after the fact she told her i thought she was cute before i ask her to hang out? Or should I find out what she said to my aunt about the cute thing? And would it be ok if I started a conversation with her and if I have really deep eye contact and we pause and look Into each others eyes is it ok if I tell her you are very beautiful or have very pretty eyes yea that's tacky but would it be ok to say ? And what should I say to introduce myself like hi what's your name is that ok? Or should I say something else? And like I said would it be ok I'd we stared into each others eyes and I tell her you know you are beautiful or very cute? I know it's tacky yeabut that's what I feel and I'm not ashamed to say that to her. Because that's how I feel. And when I tell her she is beautiful not out of the blue like if we have a long eye contact moment with some smiling and it's gets quiet is it ok to tell her she is beautiful then?
